How do you change the image of access in your community from a PEG TV station to a Community Media Center? Can this change help engage community members and organizations that have never used access? How can revamping of training services help in this process? If so, how can you maximize the effectiveness of the training staff? These workshops will address the nitty gritty work that must be done to update the image of access to the Community Media 2.0 world. It will provide ideas and case studies of exactly how such work has successfully translated to a new image of access and a broader community involvement with access both from the viewership and user perspective.
